We have presented an invited talk on “Interface effects in flatland optics” and a poster on “Multi-resonant metasurfaces for enhanced infrared spectroscopy” at the 13th International Conference on Elastic, Electrical, Transport, and Optical Properties of Inhomogeneous Media (ETOPIM), New York, NY, USA, June 16–20, 2025.

Our paper on “Exploring aperiodic order in photonic time crystals” has been accepted for publication in Physical Review Applied. An arXiv preprint is available.

Prof. Vincenzo Galdi will be guest-editing a special topical issue of the IEEE Journal of Selected Topics in Electromagnetics, Antennas and Propagation (JSTEAP) on Programmable Metamaterials and Reconfigurable Intelligent Surfaces, alongside Profs.

We have presented a talk on “A liquid crystal assisted RIS for two-dimensional beam tailoring in the mm-wave/THz band” at the PhotonIcs and Electromagnetics Research Symposium (PIERS), Abu Dhabi, UAE, May 4–8, 2025.
